The International Caseus Laureate Framework (ICL Framework) is a distinction framework that recognizes individuals whose Professional Cheese Practice within the field of Culinary Arts demonstrates an integration of Technical Maturity, Judgment Maturity, Cultural Maturity, and Ethical Maturity.
Individuals confirmed through this process are conferred the distinction of International Caseus Laureate (ICL).
The system is not based on competition, ranking, or scoring. It is designed to confirm a level of professional attainment through structured review and independent verification.
カゼウス国際称号制度（ICL Framework）は、Culinary Arts（料理芸術）分野における
Professional Cheese Practice（専門的チーズ実践）において、技術的成熟性・判断的成熟性・文化的成熟性・倫理的成熟性が統合された個人を確認し、カゼウス国際栄誉章（International Caseus Laureate／ICL）を授与する制度です。
本制度は、競争・順位・点数による評価ではなく、構造化された確認と独立した調査に基づき、専門職としての到達水準を確認するために設計されています。
Nature 制 度の性格
The ICL System is governed by the following principles:

The purpose of the system is not to select “the best,” but to confirm whether professional maturity has been achieved.
